Good Night, Sleep Tight (and Short)

New Year and New Year’s resolutions.

Managing my time better is on top of my list.

But how to do it, if every day I feel that 24h is just not enough.

I envy people who say, they really don’t need more than 4 hours of sleep. I need more 🙂

Napoleon, Churchill, Jefferson didn’t.  Lucky ones.

Someone asked me how much I would pay, if it was possible to buy an additional hour for each day till the rest of my life. Frankly, no idea.

Have you asked yourself such question?

And WHAT would you spend this time on?

Sometimes purely hypothetical questions turn out to be totally realistic.

A sleeping mask may be the answer and solution to all those sleep-deprived:)

You can buy yourself not 1 but 4(!!!!!) hours to do whatever you want, and join the club of Napoleon 🙂

Kamil Adamczyk, Janusz Frączek and Krzysztof Chojnowski created NeuroOn –  World’s First Sleep Mask.

In short, NeuroOn helps people gain more time by lowering amount of sleep they need to be refreshed and regenerated, by allowing them to switch from monophasic to polyphasic sleep.

The sleep mask allows to monitor, using a combination of sensors and artificial intelligence software on a smartphone app, one’s sleep and check whether some changes are necessary. The sensors inside the mask monitor the brain waves, movement of the eyes, as well as the muscle tension. A graph based on that info helps to interpret and optimise sleep patterns.

NeuroOn has been awarded with the first price at LeWeb’13 Paris an internationally-renowned Start-Up Competition
